We now are open to the Swoop travel experience and hope to do a future trip in another area that Swoop covers.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Sydney set a very high bar for the rest of the Swoop team. Her responsiveness and knowledge comforted us when a few travel issues popped up during the planning stages. Isidora pulled off some impressive saves when airline schedules changed.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Traveling after April 1 changed some boat shuttle schedules in Torres Del Paine. This only allowed our trek up French Valley time to the first lookout. The boat shuttle was curtailed to two trips a day. The first one started an hour late and the one coming back was the only one. This did not give us the feasibility to make the full route up valley. Our guide did his best with what time we had.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
This was our first fully "prepared" and guided vacation. It took a little bit of time to realize the competency of all the people Swoop had in place. We will be more relaxed our next time with Swoop.
