Hiking with my husband and our wonderful guides and groups. It was some of the most amazing and hardest hiking I've ever done. I would not change a thing. When we rounded the corner to see The Towers I was speechless. So much beauty every single day. My cup overfloweth!

Life changing

I specifically want to note that our guides Katty and Jacho were exceptional. They could not have done a better job and we loved trekking with them. Our eco dome was perfect. I loved the size of it and the shared bathroom was well kept.

I do think the refugio accommodations were not clear. It ended up being fine staying in a tent but we were told upon booking that we would stay at the refugio. Our understanding of "at the refugio" was that we would be inside. Neither Brad nor I have any recollection of being told we were staying in a tent. A few of our fellow trekkers had the same experience. I think that piece should be very clear upon booking. Again, the tents were fine but it was a surprise when we received our itenerary.

We did feel very prepared. Swoop did an excellent job with the information online and then the zoom call to go over the information in a different format. Overall, we were very pleased booking with Swoop and would recommend Swoop to others.
