Tell us about EcoCamp
Yes it exceeded expectattions. Great location. Food was great exceede expectations. Yoga and massage facilities a plus. Rooms & bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Tomas, Carla & Rene were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
Something Else?
Eco camp and the Patagonia Safari trip wer excellent. The travel portion was very stressful & difficult, first on the inbound leg because of the potential Latam strike and on the return because of SKY airline cancellation of flight delaying our return to US by a day. But Swoop was extremely helpful in providing options for the inbound side, and the Puerto Natales office arranged transportation from Puerto natales airport to Punta Arenas after SKY flight cancellation. Swoop is continuing to assist us with our Insurance claims. Thanks again
