Prepare yourself physically well.

No , did not (travelled a lot in different parts of the world horseback riding)

Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
Sending what is needed for "horesbackriding" upfront would be appreciated...had discussions over sleeping bags for one night which we had to pay for 5 nights....we passed.
