The only negative comment I have concerns the final day when we disembarked the Australis. Since there was several hour gap between leaving the ship and need to get to the airport, it would have been good to have a guide meet us who could have toured/driven us about for 2-3 hours and deliver us to the airport. We had nowhere to put our bags after transporting them away from the dock, and as it was a Sunday morning nothing in Punta Arenas was open.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Research the regions ahead of time to decide where to travel. Be ready for the long transfers--Patagonia is a vast area.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Sydney and Lewis were both excellent. They were good listeners who translated our interests very well.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
On the Australis we met other folks who used Swoop, who were continuing to Antartica. I knew they used Swoop as they had Swoop Buff gaiters???? We did not got that swag--would love 2 Buff gaiters!
