What was your most memorable moment?
The most memorable moment was walking over a crest and seeing a glacial lagoon with Cerro Castillo in the background. The rugged beauty was breathtaking.

Guide was amazing. I would recommend that the trekking poles be a required and not an optional.

Dinner on our last night of Cerro Castillo was included in what we paid for through SWOOP but the local group, Senderos Patagonia, did not include it. I have the receipt and will submit it for reimbursement since we paid for it through SWOOP so this should be the responsibility of SWOOP.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Make sure you have data on your phone. Whatsapp is required to communicate with all the local agencies and WIFI is not reliable.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The group that we got handed to after we booked through Sarah needs some education on the process and working with clients. The information online does not match our individual communciation.
