What was your most memorable moment?
We saw 8 pumas in 4 days, including two playful cubs and the imposing dominant (alpha) male. So many highlights each day!

Tell us about Torres del Paine
We were on Leona Amarga Estancia just outside of the Torres del Paine National Park. We had the incredible luck of having two active guanaco kills; one had adult females and the alpha male feeding the other a mother puma and her two sublime cubs. And the scenery surrounding us on all sides was stunningly beautiful. And our guides Matias and Jonathan and tracker Marciel were true stars who made our experience so memorable. We did spend time in the national park as well viewing unforgettable scenery.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
April is a great time to visit Patagonia with the trees and vegetation showing off their autumn colours, and the weather cold but not too cold (for us Australians!!)
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It’s made as love pumas even more and respect their resilience. And it’s confirmed that Chile is a fabulous country!
