A fantastic way to wind down a long week of tent camping. Ben kayak guide was great. PC staff were fantastic! Great location.

Draft itinerary would have helped. Lack of info about overnight details made things confusing. Trek length inaccurate
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Get more information. Swoop should have better customer interaction along the way (post hand off, updates, countdown to trip). Instead we got cryptic responses and “we are experiencing high volume” retorts
