Tell us about Awasi
Awasi as a resort was sensational. It was beautifully designed, the staff were amazing and the guides made our trip come together in the best possible way. Our room was truly beautiful - size, finishing and attention to detail were absolutely perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer it was so lovely. The only thing that needed improvement was the restaurant food. It was presented beautifully but didn't really have much flavour. I understood from other guests they had the same experience and I believe the resort had had that feedback before.
Tell us about Tierra del Fuego
Fantastic - the variation in the topography was incredible from snow, to desert like, to lush green - an amazing amount of wild life diversity as well. Absolutely beautiful which was probably helped by great weather
Something Else?
The transfers to and from the resort and park were really well managed and effective.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Important to ensure you have the right gear with you as the weather really can change very quickly. Allow for time between flying in and going to your first adventure as delays can happen in travel. We took a cople of nights in Santiago and a night in Pueto Natales which was really worth while as it allowed for really enjoying the environment without being really jet lagged and not appreciating the magnificence of it.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Well prepared and excited On the questions below, just for context - I wouldn't consider another trip to Patagonia or Antartica with swoop as they are once in a life time destinations from Australia and the cost is very high. It was however amazing and worth the monty.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Quick email responses but it was the only channel of communication used. I understand most people are in the UK but with an older demographic the phone can be a friend:)
