What was your most memorable moment?
Flying into Buenos Aires the day of the World Cup Soccer Parade set the tone for an amazing holiday. It just kept getting better from there - from a delicious meal at the Argentine Experience to everything Patagonia loved everything El Chalten had to offer (hikes, food, local flair, and our guide Gilda was phenomenal!)

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
We did a lot of hiking, I'd make sure to plan for at least one day off. Maybe only do 1 kayak day (we did 2).... it was cold and windy both times.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
There were a several of times our pickup/transports were not accurate and different that what the original agenda said (ie pick up airport was incorrect, pick up time from hotel to airport was correct on agenda but then told us they were going to pick us up an hour later which would have caused us to miss our flight). We had to contact our agent to ensure it was corrected, not a stress we wanted or needed.
