Please note the comments on the Atacama tour in the first section of feedback. Communication from Swoop in general wasn’t very good. My husband spent a lot of time dealing with the local agencies and sorted all the transfers to link the activities.
Tell us about Los Glaciares
Would have been better for the guide to have met us briefly on the day /evening we arrived in El Chalten to go over the itinery with us.

Yes. We can really see how rewilding in National Parks helps the planets biodiversity.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
See above comments. Excellent videos to lure us in but maybe more communication thereafter with the clients would be appreciated.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
Yes, more involvement in organisation! We were away for 7 weeks and ended up organising and coordinating much of it ourselves!
