Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Swoop's communication was definitely their weak point, from not responding to emails, to losing payment information and making us send them bank statements, their organization and communication was lacking. Though the trip went off without a hitch once we got there, it wasn't confidence inspiring up until that point.
