Get more accurate information & be WAY faster at communicating urgent information about the park. We were 4 days in when we received information about the Park Ranger strike that impacted DAY 1 of our trip–the scenic view of the towers that we came for. Your information that you sent to us mentioned that the strike would not affect our itinerary, which was a lie.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
Update the packing list. There were things on there (like locker padlocks, sandals to "cross streams") that were not necessary.
