Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
They could have sent us an invoice (didn’t receive it until I requested it and by then it was overdue!!) and we never received the welcome gift that was promised. We also wish Adventure Planner worked as promised to upload document. We were disappointed when Nico provided a statement saying it would cost $3949 and forgetting to discount due to downgrades- it felt like he was deliberately trying to cheat us because I had to remind him twice to include the discount. I lost a lot of trust in swoop for these reasons and will use a different tour operator next time.
