What was your most memorable moment?
The guides are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. One guide in particular made the trip for one of us life changing. Javier Lagos helped her summit Torres del Paine one step at a time. He never give up and did not let her give up on herself and ability to complete the trek. Putting one step ahead of the other she completed the trek with a smile on her face. He helped her find her WILL POWER.

Tell us about EcoCamp
EcoCamp exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The guides were the best.
Were Swoop right to recommend Cascada?
Yes
Tell us about Torres del Paine
It is breathtaking and worth every penny. Staying at the Refugio almost gave me a heart attack since I am not a camper.

The W-Highlights is the best if you have limited time and/or loved to trek but NOT a camper.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
DO NOT USE LATAM AIRLINES.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Only recommendation......Please sell wine at the bar at Eco Camp. The sign reads "$10 wine tasting", but there have no wine. It was a good thing because we probably did not need to drink any more since we were trekking the next day.
