What was your most memorable moment?
Being at the top of Cape Horn was emotional. I had no idea that it would have been so wonderful. However, the entire trip made a most memorable moment in my life.

Tell us about Patagonia Camp
This is a place not to be missed. The client delight was spectacular.
Tell us about Santiago
Our hotel was beautiful but Santiago was a bit gritty. Two notes for future travelers— it would have been nice if we would have had dinner reservations made for us prior to our asking and some guidelines of exploring Santiago.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Plan more time in Patagonia than you think is enough.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, I had no desire to go to Antarctica but now I do.

Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
The communication toward the departure date could have been more proactive. This was a big trip for us so more communication would have been helpful. Also, there seems to have been some turnover and extended vacations at Swoop so some proactive communication on who would be helping us would have been helpful.
