What was your most memorable moment?
We had so many that we really can't choose! But - we loved poincenot camp, laguna condor refugio, patagonia camp, and the base of the towers trek!

Tell us about Patagonia Camp
It exceeded our expectations! Yurts were lovely - we never wanted to leave. Temperature, water pressure, jacuzzi, all so fantastic. The guides and excursions were awesome. Base of the towers trek was unreal. The service in the restaurant was absolutely amazing as well - we met a lot of great people and made friends.

Tell us about El Calafate & El Chalten
El Chalten was a really charming place with a lot of hikers and adventurers. El Calafate was much busier and seemed to have many more tourists - the food was great and we were able to buy a lot of amazing souvenirs. The little alleyway of artisans was super cool with handmade goods.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It really reinforced our love of nature, traveling, and South America. We met wonderful people and we were inspired to build a life where we experience joy.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The FAQ on the swoop website did a great job of covering all the bases. Layering is an absolute must - I really didn't expect the weather to change THAT quickly during the day. We were constantly going from hot to cold to hot to cold again.
