Our trip was excellent overall. A big highlight was the vistas we got to see on our trek, as they are unlike anything you’d see anywhere else.

Swoop was great. They were always quick to get back to us with information, they provided lots of detail, and they answered all of our questions expertly. Yes, I would go back to Swoop for advice in the future, and would recommend them to friends and family.

For our trek, they helped pick a top notch organization. Walk Patagonia was well organized, and our guide was exceptional. Eme couldn’t have been a better guide. We liked how Walk Patagonia was in communication with our hotel when we got to El Chalten, though there was some minor miscommunication there - we were told to leave our luggage at the hotel instead of bring our bags to the office so we had to go back and get them. Very minor and totally an easy fix!

First of all, we cannot express enough how fantastic Eme our guide was. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in outdoor/mountaineering life, but he was personable, welcoming, and a pleasure to spend three days with. Our hike was fantastic - it was a perfect level of physical challenge for us, it was the right time and distance, and the accommodation was great. Our food and lodging were excellent and we always felt cared for.

This trip was a perfect opportunity for seamless travel and father-daughter bonding. Our accomodation before, during and after the trek was great. This trip has definitely opened our eyes to what is possible to plan and do in a few days, especially with help from swoop. Having the opportunity to experience such a unique part of the world in such a seamless way was amazing.
