What was your most memorable moment?
Joaquin and Benjamin and Ruta 7 were wonderful. The first third of our trip was the most unique....hiking in what felt and looked tropical with glaciers at the view points. The "paths" were most often ladders, planks and bridges and the scenery magical. Joaquin and Benjamin quickly accessed our fitness and interests and selected perfect daily hikes. They both are deeply knowledgeable, spoke flawless English, added wonderful energy and fun to our group of 3 couples. Highly recommend them to Swoop for future groups.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Have a tip for Skopios 2....wish I'd put it on their evaluation sheet. The trip on Skopios was a delight - and the staff so much fun. No complaints what so ever. My suggestion is for hand sanitizer dispensers to be installed next to their large water jugs. They gave water bottles to us all, and advised that we used the water jugs at the end of each hallway to refill them. It would be a perfect place for hand sanitizer dispensers. There are no shared toilets or sinks...each passenger uses the bathroom in their stateroom- so if you are at dinner for example, and want to wash your hands, or use the toilet, you might have to go up 3 sets of stairs and down the hall to wash your hands. SO convenient would be hand sanitizer at the entry to the dining room and to the two bars. COULD YOU PASS ON THIS RECOMMENDATION TO THEM?
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It is our sixth or seventh trip to Chile - and we have traveled all over the world hiking and biking. The items that changed my perspective 1) the unexpected topical nature of the Asyen area. 2) the fabulous planned, manicured, Tompkins parks - the facilities, the huge amount of care and money that maintains the spectacular beauty were a surprise and a wonder. 3) the learning about and understanding the current political turmoil in Chile as a result of massive economic inequities, and our ardent hope for a fair and equitable solutions for the Chilean people.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
All good. Guess if I were picky .... Swoop staff didn't realize that the standard paper size used in Europe is different than the US ...which created problems with printing documents on our paper size. To fit on the paper the font was too small to read. Anyway - Charlotte pursued, figured it out, and solved it - so next US adventurer shouldn't have that minor problem. THANK YOU
