Overall, how was your trip?

Highlight: its hard to pin point what my highlight was because everyday was absolutely incredible. But if i had to pick our day and night (we got stuck in the park!) was amazing. The scenery, the people and the whole experience is something I will always remember! The Landscapes were unreal and beautiful. I felt like I was in a dream. the views were not to be believed. We saw foxes, birds and thankful I never saw the infamous Puma. We loved each and every person we met - the tour guides, drivers, people on the trips and tours and the random people we met along the way. I have already started telling people it was the most amazing trip Ive been on!! we had one huge surprise. we missed the boat back to the entrance of the park so we ended up sleeping in a tent in a refugio that night. it only made our trip more memorable! the most magical moment was watching the sunset in the park the night we slept there.

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Patagonia exceeded my expectations in every way!!

Would you visit again?

Yes

How was the service that Swoop provided?

I couldn't have been happier with the service from swoop! every adventure and step we took we were so grateful to the swoop team. Natascha was incredible!! we loved every minute and each time we did something or ate somewhere we were like thank god for swoop and Natascha! she definitely tailored it according to what we asked for. I would most definitely have swoop plan another trip for me!! and i have already started bragging about you guys to all my friends and family! i referred a friend and he was also super happy with excursions. Everything was perfection and even when we got to Santiago we opened up our guide and showed the trans VIP our book and said they were overcharging us. they ended up giving us the price you said we should get. THANK YOU!! the only thing i would do differently is bring better hiking boots. they were the worst! and i couldve had an easier hike with the. I would also do shorter hikes in the park but spend more days there. I also would have loved to have had a section in the guide on puerto varas. Birds of Chile was awesome though and told us everything we needed to know.

How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?

We loved all the local partners!!! Natascha was with us every step of the way even when chatting with the local partners. Dittmar Adventures and Birds of Chile was AWESOME! we loved every person and activity we came in contact with. everyday exceeding the day before. I don't usually do adventurous trips but im happy my first one was with swoop! this will definitely be the first adventure of many more to come.

If you received our guide to Santiago before you travelled, what did you think of it? For instance (but not limited to):

See page before about transfer info in santiago. all the maps were helpful! the restaurant info was on point for what we were looking for - we went to la concepcion in Valpariso and it was phenomenal

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

This trip has opened my eyes to nature. ive always admired good views and what god has to offer but i got to see things and do things ive never done with swoop and couldnt have been happier that I got to do it with you guys. i will definitely be planning more adventurous trips in the future instead of sitting on a beach with a mojito all day. pisco sours in the mountains are way better!!!

Is there anything you would recommend we change to make trips like yours more environmentally sustainable?

No

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

Tips - make sure you have good hiking boots. this can make or break your experience. break them in before you hit the trail. make sure to follow swoops packing list. they were spot on!! i used everything they recommended and was grateful that i was prepared for every situation. bring wiped and toilet paper! they come in handy while using nature as your squatting ground. take in the scenery and the views. this is a once in a lifetime experience.

Anything else? Tell us anything you’d like to share that we forgot to ask! It’s ok to leave this empty too :-)

Feeling blessed and grateful to have an such an amazing adventure. keep on doing what you're doing!
