Great group of kindred spirits, lots of laughs after amazing hikes. Wonderful to have had all logistics taken care of so effectively. Landscape exceeded our expectations in its size and grandeur. We were supremely lucky with the weather.

Swoop were great with frequent communications and attention to detail. Itinerary of trip was full on with little chance to pause: every moment used to its full potential. We had no crises which required 24/7 support but were confident that swoop would have been there to help if needed. We appreciated swoop booking seats in right side of aeroplane for coming into el calafate and Santiago.

Swoops kit list and advice was brilliant. Only thing I would add is dry bags. We had 20l and 12l osprey bags. Coincidentally all our group had similar bags. They were invaluable when leaving unnecessary kit eg at Central Refugio when we arrived before check in and had to leave to get to the Torres. Also smallest dry bags doubled as handbags when heading to meals 😀. We didn’t have wet days but if we had it would have been good to know tech was safe.

All our group were very pleased with swoop’s service and personnel. Brilliant! However, your website which is crammed with amazingly useful tips and background can be hard to navigate. I found it hard to find some useful pages that I had found previously. Maybe better site map? More tabs? In addition “detailed feedback” area of this questionnaire was inaccessible.
