Overall, how was your trip?
The trip was amazing! The only thing we couldn't do was the boat trip with the yellow submarine... but it didn't changed how great everything was. The highlight was definitely the number of whales we saw... and how great and curious they behave. Indeed they are unbelievable animals. Very very very friendly people everywhere. We loved everything and we were very happy with the tours we booked and the local agencies you reserved to us. There's not much to say to anybody... they just need to look at our pictures. I'm sure you will receive some quotation requests from our family and friends. Everyone was impressed. The biggest surprise was the sunset tour! It was by far the best tour we had! It was cloudy during the day, even rained before and during our boat ride but inexplicably the sky opened up and we experience this amazing sunset... besides that, a very curious baby whale was checking us for around 30 minutes and both the mum and the baby were there with us, very close to the boat, presenting us with their beauty.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
I don't even need to write a sentence... I can describe it in one word: Extraordinary!

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Chloe prepared a very nice draft of the trip I had in mind, and Berna (from Causana), with his local knowledge fine tune the itinerary and also gave great advices. I'll definitely come back to you for my next trips! I loved the openness, the honesty and all the local tours you've selected for this trip.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Berna from Causana was great and I'd like also to congratulate Santiago (our driver) and Peter (one of the pilots we had). These 3 guys were incredible and performed a great job. Of course, everybody else who interacted with us during our trip was also great... but these 3 were greater! :)

How was your experience with {partner.title}?
It was great! We had Santiago as our drive the entire time, we had Sofia, as our guide for a couple of hours, then the Kayak instructors, then the pilots (thumbs up to Peter, very experienced and knowledgeable guy), the normal and sunset boat tours and their crew were also great. We also had great service from the Del Nomade hotel in Puerto Piramides. To summarize, I recommend everything we had! Agency, guides, instructors, tours, etc...

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Well, the only place I've visited was the Peninsula Valdes, so I cannot say much about other parts of Patagonia yet... But I'll be able to do it soon as I already have ideas for my next trip...
