Overall, how was your trip?
The landscape and immensity is overwhelming. People in all hotels were very attentive and genuinely liked their jobs.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
YES it was a lifetime experience.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
We are pleased overall with Swoop experience. From the places you recommend only Design Suites did not meet our expectations. the Hotel was too used, badly maintained, somehow dirty and the personnel service was average.

How was your experience in El Calafate and El Chalten?
Most of all the experience was fantastic. -the lack of connectivity at some hotels or only in designated areas is a little bit cumbersome. If you want to disconnect you just turn off your mobile, but one should not be forced to. The lunch box were average (one sandwich salmon/chicken, one green apple (bad!) and candy bats). Could have been better. Design suites hotel did not meet our expectation.
How was your experience in Torres del Paine?
Awasi is always a wonderful experience with dedicated staff and personalized services. Wifi should be provided in the rooms. The quality of the roads to access Awasi is very poor. adding (expecially returning) another 45 min of bums makes it somehow harder.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
For us we found Argentina Patagonia a higher experience. so we should have done the trip on reverse order ; first Chile and then Argentina.
