Overall, how was your trip?
The highlight was seeing the towers up close when we made it to the top of that hike. The French valley was an easy runner up. The landscape was stunning. We did not meet too many people as it was winter but the people we met both working within the park and the other hikers were great. I might take my grandchildren there as words would never do Patagonia justice. No surprises, we were well prepared and were ready for the trip.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Patagonia was fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed the hiking and our guide, Fernando, was fabulous.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Yes going to Patagonia and hiking without a guide would not have been the same. Yes Swoop helped setup the entire trip and provided very good guidance.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Chile Nativo overall were great, the only issue was the last night not having any water. It was not very cold while we were there, hovering around 32 most days, so I do not believe the cold was the sole factor. I think Chile Nativo could have a backup option should something like that come up. There was other accommodation around the area. After a day of hiking a hot shower would have been very nice like we had in the Refugio.
