Overall, how was your trip?
The trip was great. I wouldn't visit again because we had such amazing weather I don't think it would ever be better or happen again. We had three days of sun and no wind. The highlight was seeing Los Cuernos and the Blue Towers. I loved hiking through the different terrain and drinking the glacier water. If the weather wasn't so perfect I'm not sure I would've enjoyed it as much as the hikes were long.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Yes, Patagonia was magical and I'm sad there's nothing else like it anywhere!
Would you visit again?
No
How was the service that Swoop provided?
Swoop was fine, I didn't realize it was a third party marketer for Chile Nativo. Tom left so I don't have much to say but he was very responsive when I was looking into it.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
I was concerned at first since I never heard of them but Chile Nativo is great.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?
8 out of 10
How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?
Great. I wish I was better prepared to know the details of the steepness and the length and hours between each point. I probably had the information though but didn't look into it as much as I should've to mentally prepare myself! Everything was great in terms of organization though.
How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)
10 out of 10
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I didn't think I would need the blister bandaids but I'm so glad I got them! I've gone hiking before and never needed them but four days in a row of hiking is tough. Also a knee brace was super helpful too.
