Overall, how was your trip?
Overall my trip was incredible. I honestly don't know if I can think of a highlight - the group was amazing, the guide was fantastic and the views were just second to none. I couldn't have asked for a better group, we all got on so well and the guide (Armando) couldn't have been better.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
It was the most phenomenal place that I have ever been to.
Would you visit again?
Yes
How was the service that Swoop provided?
The service provided from swoop was great - the help that I received re. Timings etc for buses was really useful. As I knew that I was travelling at the very end of the season it was also very useful to get reassurance that it was still an ok time to travel.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
I think that this was very effective and was handled well.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?
It's hard to come up with a highlight because it was genuinely all incredible. The group that I was trekking with was amazing, we all got on extremely well right from the first day we met and our guide, Armando, was absolutely brilliant - he answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgable. The only thing that I would say was that some of the refugio rooms were incredibly cold - although it was right at the end of the season and everything was winding down so this is understandable. But it would have been good to have them a bit warmer (same goes with the water in a couple of the places).
How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Absolutely 100% make sure that you at least do the W trek. I can't imagine only doing one day of trekking. There is just so much to see and around every corner is something absolutely stunning, so if possible absolutely make sure that you do a longer trek. Whilst camping is possible, at the time of year that I went - I was very glad that I was staying in refugios instead as you are able to come inside to a warm meal etc. without having to set up tents in the dark and cold. I honestly could not recommend doing this trek more. It was the most amazing trip that I have done to date.
