Overall, how was your trip?
Torres del Paine was amazing, Both the Explora hotel and the region. Calafate hotel was fine, but Pepita Morena tour and Estancia Christina were both great. The cruise from Ushaia was nice.

It was amazing!

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Service was good, but there was some confusuion regarding our transfer from explora to Calafate. We didnt know who/what to look for when we were picked up. Most of the hotels selected were very good, the hotel in Calafate was a bit dirty and dungy.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

How was your experience in Torres del Paine?
Amazing. The treks were phenomenal and Explora was an unbeliavable hotel. The excursions were great, food was very good, and the views from the rooms were phenomenal.
How was your Patagonian cruise?
Cruise was nice, the array of scenery and the excurions generally good (Walliah Bay wasnt that interesting), but there was not much to do on the boat and the food wasnt great. Also we thought our cruise would include a stop at the penguin colony, and only found out once we were on the boat that it would not. We were very greatful that we had fully waterproof gear, which we would strongly recommend to anyone going on this cruise.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Swoop was a huge help in planning our trip. We wished that we included Chalten in our itinerary though.
