Overall, how was your trip?
Overall, Not only I could see a lot of great landscapes but also, I enjoyed sharing time with other members of group tour coming from variety of countries and having nice local foods like ram and nice local wines. Staying in Refugio was the most impressive things for me. There I could totally keep myself out of my works, e-mail and smart phone etc. And by guides and other group members I could complete over 100km hiking for sure.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Yes. It was more than what I was expected.
Would you visit again?
Yes
How was the service that Swoop provided?
Swoop helped me a lot especially on preparation for this trip. Website is very easy to see and find what I wanted to know. And response by e-mail was on time every time. In addition, the rearrangement of my itinerary due to cancellation of my flight was so quick and accurate throughout the rearranged trips and maybe no additional costs finally.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?
8 out of 10
How was your Patagonian adventure?
Demanding hikes rewarded us by great landscapes, nice foods and close relationship with Gr members. At the end of this tour, I was totally satisfied with what I did. I have never done such long hikes in 2 weeks and spent my time with other people who I met first. Visiting both Argentina and Chile Patagonia were also good for me to feel different cultures as well.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I heard some solo traveler at airplane saying that they didn't complete his itinerary due to long hikes ending up with visiting only Argentina not to Chile. So I would suggest having a nice trained guide and joining group tours in order to bring themselves up every day.
Anything else? Tell us anything you’d like to share that we forgot to ask! It’s ok to leave this empty too :-)
I have no idea for next trip now but I would like to visit Chile or Peru.
