Overall, how was your trip?
The highlight of the trip was the kayaking adventure through the glaciers. No picture we took could show the true beauty of the landscapes. It was truly a magical place. Our guides were unbelievable and everyone was so friendly.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
The trip was unbelievable, Patagonia was as amazing as we had dreamed.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
It was definitely more useful to go through a specialist, and to have someone to contact in the event something went wrong. I’m. It sure Swoop did more than really act asa middle man between us and the local partners though.... There are a few things I would have changed. One being more time at Torres del Paine, and the other would be to cancel the glacier boat ride in Chile. It wasn’t really the experience we were looking for, more for an older crowd.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
The local partners were amazing. Walk Patagonia and Chile Nativo handled everything perfectly.

Awesome experience. Guide was amazing and local partner was unreal. They did an amazing job

How was your kayaking experience in Aysen?
Guides were awesome. The weather was amazing which really added to the trip. There were plenty of glaciers and the trip was challenging.
How was your horse riding experience?
One of the highlightes of the trip. I can’t really put the beauty into words. Everything was surreal. The horses, guides, accommodations, and everything else were perfect.
How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?
I would not recommend the first day of the trip, the glacier boat ride. It was rather dull. The French valley was amazing. Torres Del Paine was great but the weather was poor so it wasnt as we had hoped.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Invest in waterproof pants! Take the extra time to do the entire w circuit.
