Overall, how was your trip?
The Torres del Paine viewpoint trek and the walk with the Penguins were the two main high points. The guides were excellent.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Yes, it was an excellent trip.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Sort of but I felt the main trip was through Journey Latin America and the guides were employed by them and everyone else on the trip had booked through JLA so it felt SWOOP was really not part of the trip once underway. Nevertheless I felt SWOOPS help before the trip and the webs and holiday planner very useful.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
As above-I felt very much a JLA rather than a swoop customer but I'm OK about that.

How was your Patagonian adventure tour?
The guide and logistics were very impressive. Personally I would have preferred an extra day in puck...I felt it seemed a good town but the volcano walk was cancelled that day and it didn't give us an opportunity to try again or try any of the other activities. Chiloe Island was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend-long drives and not much to see. The pit meal was not nice! /?Suggest drop from itinerary. You must really push the walk with the penguins-an expense but unmissable.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Take a plug if you want a bath. You really do need clothes for all weathers. Make sure your guide books the walk with the penguins in advance.
