Overall, how was your trip?
Highlight was the circuit trek and enjoying the company of our guide, porters and fellow trekkers. Landscape and wildlife were fabulous. The biggest surprise was the terrific weather and lack of wind. We got very lucky with only 30 mins of rain in 9 days of walking.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Patagonia was fantastic and more then met our expectations.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
We are really glad we went through Scoop. Both the pre-trip prep and the logistics and organisation on the ground once met by our guide at Punta Arenas airport was top class. Everything went as planned and as expected. I think the knowledge of the Swoop consultant, Tom was excellent and integral to the right sizing of our Patagonia adventure. I would certainly recommend Swoop and would certainly use their services again.

How was the Full Circuit in Torres del Paine?
The highlight of the Full Circuit trip was the landscape. Torres Del Paine really is a special place with a new highlight each and every day of walking. It actually surpassed my expectations and this is after nearly 18 months of thinking about, then planning and eventually going on the trip. Wonderful place with wonderful people. Our guide Sergio was terrific and absolutely added to our experience in a positive way. He was thoughtful, kind, fun and full of knowledge on plants/fauna etc. from the region. Also, our porter Nico and the gang at Los Cuernos camping all provided fantastic service and we are grateful for the work they did during our trip. Logistics worked out perfectly and absolutely no hiccups in the whole time we spent in Puerto Natales and in the Park.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
DO it. From our experience, you are in good hands with Swoop and their partners on the ground in Patagonia. Patagonia and Chile in general is a wonderful place with so much to see and do. I will certainly plan another trip there at some time in the future as we really only touched on the many amazing places to see and things to do in this amazing place.
