Overall, how was your trip?
We deeply enjoyed the trip and the landscape. We felt the trip gave us a good overall impression of the region. Having done most of the standard hikes we'd only come back to do some of the longer, crazier things (like 7 days on the ice field).

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Service was good, the overview sheet was a big help. In general this helped us getting along, but sometimes we had to ask around where to go next / how things work out in detail. I'd love for someone of Walk Patagonia greeting us and explaining us how the days ahead look like. Most of the times we found out in the evening how the next days would work.

How was your experience in El Calafate and El Chalten?
Overall good! As mentioned before, some overall guidance by walk patagonia would have been appreciated, including numbers of drivers to give them a call if for example they are not needed anymore. Wifi all over the place was really shitty. But I guess that's the region ;)
How was your experience in Torres del Paine?
Greatly enjoyed the hotel - magnificent views. Only two disappointments had been the food and wifi. Compared with the food on Herbredian Sky the days before the quality was just lower (but still ok). Real disappointment was only that the lunch menu was exactly the same as the dinner. And wifi only in the main area (ok with me), but really slow.
