Overall, how was your trip?
The highlight was walking on the Grey glacier. This is a totally different experience from hiking and takes some getting used to. Walking on a river of ice with crampons is daunting at first, but one soon starts feeling secure and can appreciate the amazing surroundings. Our guide, Anna, was fun to be with - she took great care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed her company.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Patagonia is an amazing place with beautiful scenery and great people!

How was the service that Swoop provided?
The range of activities and schedule of our trip was perfect. We really enjoyed the sequence of activities from staying the first night in Puerto Natales, then doing the Ascensio Valley, the French Valley followed by the Grey Glacier hike and kayaking before spending the last night in the Grey hotel and wine tasting in Puerto Natales. Swoop did a great job in recommending this itinerary.

How was your Amazing Paine Trek with Antares?
This is a long day trek but thoroughly enjoyable. Seeing the Towers in perfect weather against a blue shy was the highlight of this day! Although some of the uphills are challenging ( especially for a 63 year old), the varied scenery on the way up and down was interesting.
